Bowling-triggered lighting & effects

Make every strike part of the show.

LanePulse connects bowling scoring events to professional Avolites Titan lighting control — turning strikes, spares, lane activity and supported notifications into flexible, venue-wide lighting and effects responses.

Designed around a practical signal path: Brunswick SYNC / scoring→DMX Notification Client→LanePulse→Avolites Titan
One bridge. Much more visibility.

Built to make bowling automation flexible — and understandable.

LanePulse is more than a cue trigger. It gives venue staff and support teams a clear view of what the scoring system is reporting, what LanePulse is doing with it, and whether the key parts of the control chain are available.

Configuration without a rebuild

Adjust event actions, lane behaviour, Titan settings, timings and notification routing through the supplied configuration tools.

Support-friendly diagnostics

Live activity, system status, search and operational graphs make intermittent issues much easier to investigate.

Operator-friendly

Keep day-to-day control straightforward while leaving the full flexibility of Titan available to programmers and technicians.

Existing equipment can stay

Suitable DMX fixtures and effects can be incorporated rather than replaced purely to gain bowling-triggered automation.

Built around Titan

Use a professional lighting platform for the creative work underneath LanePulse, from simple lane looks to wider venue effects.

How it fits together

The missing link between scoring and production lighting.

LanePulse sits between the bowling notification path and Avolites Titan, so the scoring system can drive a professionally programmed lighting show without locking the venue into a dedicated fixture ecosystem.

Operator view

See what the system is doing at a glance.

The LanePulse dashboard keeps the useful operational information visible: the bridge, Titan and Notification Client state, alongside recent activity and controls.

  • Immediate system-status checks for key dependencies
  • Recent and live activity for real-world fault finding
  • Simple controls without exposing staff to the underlying code

Proven at Ace of Lanes

Designed from a real venue requirement, not a lab demo.

LanePulse was created when Ace of Lanes wanted to make better use of an existing production lighting and effects system and integrate it directly with the bowling experience. The result is now running across the venue's 12-lane installation.

Configuration & diagnostics

Easy to adjust. Easier to support.

The software is deliberately split between simple operation and deeper configuration. Venues can evolve without needing the LanePulse application rebuilt every time a cue number, lane setting or system address changes.

Live installation

Built around a real bowling venue.

The first LanePulse system is running at Ace of Lanes, where bowling-triggered effects, general venue lighting, scheduled automation and easy staff controls all share the same professional Titan platform.

● Titan Scheduler

The same Titan system can automate the rest of the venue too.

Alongside LanePulse, Tour Moon's Titan Scheduler can handle predictable venue changes such as opening and closing looks, bar lighting and DJ/event states. Local trigger integrations can also give staff instant scene and mood changes around the space.
